Sport has always interested and fascinated me. As a kid, I played many sports: swimming, tennis, volleyball, running, track and field, among others.
But since my main work bound me to my office job, fitness offered me the best flexible solution to continue practicing sports. However, my interest in the gym developed over the years taking a new direction.
My regular gym sessions were becoming not challenging enough. It was then that I became interested in bodyweight training, particularly calisthenics. Through self-training, I developed mobility and strength skills based solely on my body.

After a rather serious arm injury - a complete rupture of the long biceps tendon - I felt the need to gain a deeper understanding of training and everything to do with it.
So I decided to start a training apprenticeship and become a Personal Trainer.
I graduated as a fitness and personal trainer. Since then, I have been working as a fitness trainer in gyms.
Once I moved to Berlin, my involvement in the fitness world became more and more intense. Since then I have been working with various fitness studios and teaching different formats: HIIT, Bootcamps, Fitness Boxing, Strength, Mobility & Stretching.
On a personal level, I was confronted with a period of self-doubt and depression.
Beside the regular therapy, I intentionally approached the world of meditation, mindfulness and breathwork; whose techniques I was then able to integrate into my work activities in various ways.
I obtained the licence as a Psychedelic
Breath® Teacher.
Since that new approach, I have witnessed personal development on both a physical and mental level, as never experienced before.
