PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a dynamic breathwork ritual combing electronic music, ancient breathwork techniques and professional guidance.
It aims to create the conditions for achieving a state of semi-consciousness, allowing a deep introspective work and the release of inner emotions.
As session facilitator, I guide participants through all stages of the practice, providing a safe space for them to embark on their best explorative journey.
Sessions can be held for groups, 1-on-1, online or for companies.
Since beginning of 2025 I am "cooperation partner" for Crispycoaching Berlin as Breathwork Expert.
I am integral part of their programs of training and coaching for international leaders and teams in the field of breathwork and mindfulness.
